The Infectious Diseases Research Collaboration (IDRC) invites all interested bidders to participate in the disposal of assorted used and obsolete assets through public auction and sealed bids.

• Motorcycles (Bajaj & Yamaha YBR models)
• Computers & IT Equipment (Dell & HP Laptops, CPUs, Monitors, Tablets – Nobi, Lenovo, Asus, Acer)
• Office Furniture (Office Chairs, Benches, Plastic Chairs, Tables)
• Office Equipment (Printers, Scanners, Money Counting Machines)
• Power & Electrical Equipment (UPS Units, Power Backup Systems, Changeover Units)
• Miscellaneous Items (Electric Blower, Camera, Kettles, Flasks, Signposts & more)

📅 Viewing Schedule

• Dates: 9th – 22nd April 2026 (Working days only)
• Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

⚖️ Method of Disposal

• Sealed bids for motor vehicles
• Public auction for all other items

⏰ Important Dates

• Deadline for Bid Submission: Wednesday, 22nd April 2026 at 4:30 PM
• Bid Opening: Friday, 24th April 2026 at 2:30 PM
  (At IDRC Mbarara Office – bidders or their representatives are encouraged to attend)

📩 Submission of Sealed Bids

Sealed bids for vehicles must be clearly marked: “Disposal of Old IDRC Assets” (include vehicle license plate)
